I'm still out of sorts - is it the weather? I am sure this time of year the weariness at the interminable winter starts to show itself. I find myself imagining sunny days, where the air is warm enough not to make your skin goose-bump. I love the British seasons but by now, enough. I am sure this is what contributed to my pensive mood over the weekend, where all I could think of to do on Sunday afternoon, following a high octane week of half term activity and ferrying around, was to get back into bed and read a book. I am reading Nora Ephron's '
I Feel Bad About My Neck' and it is just the most wonderfully pleasing book. A mood lifter if ever there was one.
And, there are always things of beauty...Oscar night dresses and the general frippery of the beautiful and well-dressed...
